1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) – FREE
  • For Expedited Shipping Please contact info@explorationwild.com 

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed.
  • We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Exploration Wild currently ships to most countries around the world. However, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some items may be restricted from shipping to certain international locations due to size or weight limits.

4. Track Your Order

  • After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website or use our tracking page for updates.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Exploration Wild is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once the carrier has taken possession of the items. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues and file a claim with the carrier if necessary.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@explorationwild.com with photos of the damage.

6. Changes to Shipping Information

  • If you need to update your shipping information, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
