At Exploration Wild, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If an exchange is needed, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original product for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return

Receive a Return Authorization: We’ll review your request and provide return instructions within 48 hours.

Ship Your Item Back: Send the item to the return address provided. Ensure it’s securely packaged.
- Processing Time: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and issue a refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank before contacting us.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized items
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@explorationwild.com within 7 days of delivery. Attach photos of the item and packaging for a quick resolution. We will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
Return Shipping & Labels
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
- If a prepaid return label is needed, please request it (cost will be deducted from your refund).
